Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the ReservaMe application provided by Takeonme S.L., with Tax ID B54398979 and address at Calle Caoba 15, 03690 Sant Vicent del Raspeig, Alicante (Spain). By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms.

1. Service

ReservaMe allows diners to discover restaurants, book tables, and communicate with a conversational assistant, and restaurants to publish their profile and manage reservations. The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability.

2. Account

  • You must provide truthful data when registering.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
  • You may close your account at any time.

3. Reservations

By confirming a reservation, you accept the conditions of the restaurant in question (cancellations, time slots, deposits if applicable). ReservaMe is not a party to the contract between diner and restaurant.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not make fraudulent use of the service, or attempt to access other users' accounts.
  • Do not upload illegal, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Do not use the app for automated purposes without express authorization.

5. Intellectual property

App content, trademarks, and code belong to Takeonme S.L. or its licensors. Content you provide remains yours; by uploading it, you grant a limited license to display it within the app itself.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Takeonme S.L. will not be liable for indirect damages or lost profits resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes

We may modify these terms. We will publish the current version at this same URL and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the corresponding courts and tribunals according to applicable legislation.
