Delete account and data

You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your account data (name, email, phone if provided).
• Your reservations and associated history.
• Conversations held with the assistant within the app.
• Push notification identifiers associated with your account.

What may be retained

• Data that we must retain by legal obligation (e.g., billing or complaint resolution), during the legally required period.
• Anonymous technical records and backup copies, which are overwritten according to our retention schedule.

Request deletion

Fill out the form and we will process your request within a maximum period of 30 days.
